To work on the new platform, you will need to re-register using an electronic digital signature (EDS).
The unified subsoil use platform is a new stage in the digitalization of geological and mining processes, which will make the process of working with government data and services transparent and user–friendly.
Certain government services will be available on the new platform. These are the registration of a contract for the pledge of the right of subsurface use for exploration, extraction or combined exploration and production for groundwater, therapeutic mud and solid minerals; a contract for the pledge of the right of subsurface use for exploration and extraction of common minerals; the conclusion of an agreement on the processing of solid minerals; an additional agreement to amend the contract for subsurface use and the submission of an application for the transformation of a subsurface area.
In addition, services will be provided such as the issuance of permits for the use of the liquidation fund; permits for the extraction of rock mass and / or the movement of soil in the exploration area in excess of one thousand cubic meters; permits for the transfer of the right of subsurface use (shares in the right of subsurface use) arising on the basis of a contract for subsurface use; exploration or production licenses solid minerals, as well as the transfer of objects related to the right of subsurface use; licenses for exploration, extraction of solid minerals, for the extraction of common minerals, prospecting, and licenses within the framework of the transition to a licensed subsurface use regime.
